Since 2013, PigSkin BBQ has offered mobile catering services in Exeter, NH and surrounding communities. We offer a unique approach over the common caterer. We specialize in large-scale tailgating events, casual parties and weddings, event planning and corporate catering (outdoor BBQ style). We are proud to work with individuals and businesses throughout the area. Our top priority is to provide every client with quality catering services, knowledgeable food prep, timing, and event coordination.
Our company was born out of growth and demand for a bigger and better experience. For the past 15 years, co-owner Jon Sherrill has volunteered his time cooking, tailgate style for the UNH Cat Club, which raises money for the athletic department. Seeing an opportunity to create a unique catering experience, we invested in commercial grade BBQ equipment and a 24' trailer to create a rolling smokehouse. Today, we specialize in smoked meat and fish, as well as other delicious menu options. When you choose PigSkin BBQ, we will work with you to create a personal menu for your big event.
Our max for all our tables and equipment is a 24x24 footprint.
It is dependent on the menu you choose and size of your event. We try to work with individual budgets and cater a menu to fit your event that is also affordable.
We can help you coordinate your event based on your need. We can help with your decorations, procuring tables and chairs even consult for your invitations. Help with the theme and color. Even basic errands for the busy host! For an additional consultation fee we can assist with making your event a success.
We set up buffet style for your guests. However, if you want to have a more ‘formal food service’ – we would set up two areas (one for us and one for your guest to dine in – this configuration would be discussed during your consultation and typically for a wedding).
We are an outdoor operation! So we do always set up our trailer and all our equipment outside – we concentrate on events May – October. But of course depending on the weather we would consider other dates.
